“A straight tee shot is required here, to avoid the trees on the left and the two bunkers at driving distance on the right. The second shot is to a partly hidden green, situated beyond many grassy mounds. A steep bank at the back of the green can help control overhit approaches. The green has two tiers, so distance control on your second shot is important, if you are to have a reasonable birdie opportunity.”
